RS999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

To use rs999, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. By registering on rs999 you confirm that:

• You are not acting on behalf of another person or organisation.
• You are not a current employee of rs999 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you are participating of your own free will.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from rs999 or related platforms.

rs999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, a recent utility bill, or confirmation of the payment method in use. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of account activity pending verification.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when rs999 systems have confirmed the transaction and issued a bet ID or game round reference. A bet that has not received a confirmation reference should be considered as not placed.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market, game or product on rs999 carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits displayed at the point of betting or play. rs999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any account or market at any time.
• Odds Accuracy: rs999 makes every effort to ensure that odds and prices displayed are accurate. In the event of a clear and obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), rs999 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and settle at the correct market rate.
• Abandoned Events: In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, suspended or rescheduled, rs999 will settle bets in accordance with its sport-specific rules. For cricket, if a match is abandoned mid-play, markets that have not reached their natural conclusion will generally be voided and stakes returned.
• Casino and Game Results: The outcome of all casino games, crash games, fishing games and slots on rs999 is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are final once a game round has completed. Disputes regarding game results must be raised with support within 24 hours of the relevant round completing.
• Connection Issues: rs999 cannot be held responsible for incomplete bets or game rounds that result from a player's internet connection failure. If a round is recorded as completed in rs999's systems, that result stands regardless of the player's local connection state at the time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rs999. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one rs999 account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Money laundering or using rs999 to process funds connected to criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with rs999 systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in matched betting or bonus abuse strategies that violate the spirit of rs999's promotional terms.
• Accessing rs999 using proxy services, VPNs or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Any activity that disrupts the fair operation of rs999 or negatively affects the experience of other players.

rs999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, opening of duplicate accounts, failure to complete identity verification, or a player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, rs999 will complete its review process within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation finds no breach of Terms, the account will be reinstated and all funds made available. If a breach is confirmed, rs999 will act in accordance with the nature and severity of that breach, which may include permanent closure and forfeiture of promotional funds.

A player may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rs999 support. Real-money deposit balances held at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
